With one of my family favorite recipes, you won't ever have to question what's for dinner
8oz Cremini Mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
2-4 medium sized chicken breasts
1/4 cup of flour
1 cup of Marsala
1 cup of chicken stock
1-2 TB parsley
1 TB fresh thyme Oil Butter
Salt & pepper
Clean your mushrooms with a dry paper towel if they have dirt on them. Slice them. Smash 2 cloves of garlic and chop them up. Put both aside. Add flour to a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Turn your pan on high heat. Continued.

1/2 red or yellow onion
6-8 oz mushrooms

1 yellow onion diced

1/2 cup of plain breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of ketchup salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 325° Dice the yellow onion. Sauté in oil for 8 to 10 minutes on medium heat until translucent. Continued.
4-6 chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon of water
1 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil
Marinara sauce
Fresh mozzarella
Salt & pepper

Clean the chicken to get off all fat. Place the chicken between to pieces of plastic wrap. Pound out the chicken to a thin, even thickness. Set up your breading station. Add flour, salt and pepper to one bowl. Add eggs and 1 tablespoon of water to another bowl. Continued.
