2 blocks of room temp cream cheese
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup of key lime juice
(preferably Nellie & Joe’s)
Cool whip
Graham pie shell 9” or 10”
Lime for garnish
Blend the cream cheese for 30 seconds until smooth using a Kitchen Aid or a hand mixer. Add sweetened condensed milk. Scrape down the sides of the bowl periodically. Add the key lime juice and blend until smooth. Put the mix in the graham cracker shell. Top the pie with cool whip. Zest lime.
3 cups of Old-Fashioned Oats
1 cup of slivered almonds
1 cup of pecans
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
1 cup of sweetened coconut
1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons of maple syrup
3/4 teaspoons of salt
Set oven at 250°.
In a large bowl add the oats, nuts and coconut. In a measuring cup add the oil, maple syrup and salt. Mix everything together. Pour the oat mixture onto 2 sheet trays. Continued.
